The SRC Food Bank is located in the TD Student Success Centre on the corner of University & Victoria Avenues.

This is a FREE service for students in emergency need of food.

The Food Bank entitles you to one food box per month. There will be no exceptions.

OPERATING HOURS:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

TERMS:
In order to be a registered user of the Food Bank, you must come in to the SRC office to meet with the Office Manager, along with your filled out Food Bank Intake Form.

If a current student has children, he/she must provide proof by bringing in the children's birth certificates for the meeting at the SRC office.

If a student is living with a spouse or common law partner who is also a student, ONLY one is able to utilize the service.

If you are an international student, you must first meet with the International Students' Department, Room 220B, then come in to the SRC office to meet with the Office Manager.

DONATIONS WELCOME:
The SRC welcomes donations of canned and non-perishable items to its Food Bank.

Such items can be delivered to either SRC office: at main campus, in the Student Centre, across from the Tim Hortons kiosk; and at the downtown TD Student Success Centre (corner of Victoria and University Avenues) or, phone the office at 519-972-2716, and we'd be happy to make a pick-up.

Here are the sorts of items that we attempt to keep well-stocked on the Food Bank's shelves: cereals/oatmeal/breakfast items; peanut butter; noodles and pasta sauce; Kraft Dinner; canned fruit (pineapples, peaches, clementines, mixed fruits, etc.); canned vegetables (corn, green beans, carrots, medleys, etc.); canned meat (tuna); soup (vegetarian and non-vegetarian); stews; and dessert items (cookies, puddings, etc.).

Cash donations are also welcome.
